Dry start to August with unusually low humidity

Dry start to August with unusually low humidity

What We’re Tracking:

  • Low humidity for a little longer
  • Sunny and warmer for first days of August
  • Hot, breezy and a bit humid this weekend

Another few more days of low humidity will allow for cool nights and very warm afternoons. Tonight, we’ll fall back into the lower 60s under a clear sky.

Highs on Thursday will again be rather hot, just not humid. Temperatures will peak out in the lower to middle 90s by Thursday afternoon with lots of sunshine. Even hotter on Friday with widespread middle 90s and a stronger south breeze.

Humidity will stay fairly low through early Saturday with only slight increases as we head into the weekend. We’ll continue to track a possible cold front for Monday night into Tuesday. That will help cool things down just a bit and bring a slight rain chance.
