TOPEKA (KSNT) – Erica Garcia Babb joined the 27 News Morning show on Monday to discuss the upcoming 5th Annual Kaw River Float event.
Dirty Girl Adventures and Topeka United will hold an event on June 21 to cruise the Kansas River and possibly stop at a couple of sandbars. Babb said she joined the event last year and that it is making a return in 2025.
“We’re really big on bringing people out that might not have otherwise met to go do something fun,” Babb said. “I feel like when you get on something like the river together, there’s like this, you bond in an adventure.”
