CLOUD COUNTY (KSNT) – The Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) reports that there was a deadly head-on crash in Cloud County on Wednesday.
Around 5 p.m., the first vehicle was driving east on US-24 south of Concordia and crossed the center line, hitting vehicle two head-on, according to the KHP. The second vehicle hit a guardrail, coming to rest in a north-side ditch.
