TOPEKA (KSNT) – Spencer Duncan and Henry McClure have received the most votes and will face off in the general election on November 4.
Duncan is a Topeka native who was elected to the Topeka City Council in 2018 and is the current Government Affairs Director for the League of Kansas Municipalities. He ran on economic development and public safety initiatives, earning him 4,456 votes.
McClure is a licensed real estate broker in Kansas who’s platform revolves around infrastructure & economic development and transparency. He received 1,057 votes.
