Update 9 a.m.: The Topeka Police Department reports that the crash involved a vehicle and a scooter. One person was taken to an area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
TOPEKA (KSNT) – The Topeka Police Department is working the scene of a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash in central Topeka.
Around 6:45 a.m., the TPD was called to the area of 18th and Madison Street for reports of a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash.
