Jessica Clem, owner of the bar, told 27 News she is looking forward to Trapt’s performance. She said it is her goal to make the bar a place where people can have fun and enjoy live music together.
“We are super excited,” Clem said. “We really love live music here. To have a nationally well-known band play at our venue… I’m super excited.”
Clem said she listened to Trapt when she was growing up alongside other alternative rock bands like Nickelback. She said that since her bar is located just south of Topeka in the county, people can enjoy louder music for longer from bands like Trapt.
“We do get to play music a little later than other places,” Clem said. “Just come out and have a good time.”
Trapt has two songs listed on Billboard’s Hot 100: “Headstrong” and “Still Frame” which both reached the list in 2003. You can learn more about the band and its 2025 tour by clicking here.
Clem said people who just want to go to the bar and not the concert can do so. However, those wishing to go outside will need to pay $25 when heading to the outdoor stage area. You can learn more about the upcoming event by checking it out on Facebook.
