KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The doors of Kansas City’s newest luxury steakhouse, 1587 Prime, are open, giving Chiefs Kingdom and foodies everywhere the chance to enjoy some fine dining and top-shelf cocktails in the heart of downtown.
After a number of sneak previews, the complete menu with prices has been revealed on opening day, featuring an array of different cuts of meat, small bites, shareable portions, seafood and sides.
$5,000 treasure still hidden in the Flint Hills

Diners can expect to spend a minimum of $16 on a single food dish, with the lowest priced item, excluding sides, being a bowl of French onion soup.
As for the most expensive single dish, guests can expect to spend a maximum of $345 for the 40-oz Wagyu Tomahawk Steak.
The drinks are no exception to the range of prices.
For a signature cocktail, the lowest-priced offer is for the Noble Margarita, which is $18. The most expensive is the “Your Way” from the Martini Cart, which gives diners the option to create a cocktail from any selection of liquor, vermouth or brine, mixers, and accoutrements. This starts at $33.
This does not include full bottles of wine, champagne or other drink offers.
One of the more odd, yet endearing, menu items is the “Ketchup Flight” – an item paying homage to Patrick Mahomes’ self-proclaimed love for ketchup, specifically, on steak.
You can find the ketchup flight as a sauce option under the “Steaks” category. According to the menu, it is $15.

The restaurant, which was created in partnership by international hospitality group Noble 3 and NFL stars Mahomes and Travis Kelce, has been highly anticipated since news of its construction was announced in early 2024.
Now, after more than a year and a half, 1587 Prime is finally open, bringing a new luxury restaurant to Kansas City’s food scene and kicking off a new decade of life for Mahomes, who turned 30 on Wednesday.
One man who was first in the line of patrons without reservations said he thinks the restaurant is a great investment in the city.
“This is a once-in-a-lifetime event with Patrick and Kelce,” Bill Mussatti said.
“What they’ve done for the community here in Kansas City has been incredible.”
Mussatti says the steakhouse is a great addition to the Kansas City restaurant scene.
“People from Kansas City, they know red meat,” he said.
“They know great steaks, they know quality food. And I think it really fits in with the Midwest theme and the expectations.”
Background
According to Noble 33, the restaurant draws inspiration from America’s favorite pastime, but offers a modern and artistic flair.

The two-story steakhouse, which has the capacity to hold 238 people, features large displays of premium, dry-aged cuts, a central stage with live music, a large bar, intimate banquettes, a sweeping staircase and large spaces for semi-private and private dining.
Additionally, tables are positioned for a view of the open kitchen, giving diners a behind-the-scenes look at the culinary artists creating their meals.
1587 Prime set to open for business on Wednesday
The elevated food menu was created by Executive Chef Ryan Arnold, and the cocktails by Noble 33 Beverage Director Juan Carlos Santana. Together, they are expected to bring a “Michelin-grade” experience to the 1587 experience.
A large priority for Noble 33, Mahomes and Kelce was to spotlight purveyors and artisans from Missouri and Kansas. So, as a result, diners can expect to see locally sourced ingredients, food and drinks.

Reservations for 1587 Prime, located at the Loews Hotel at 1500 Baltimore Ave., are now available through the website.
The restaurant will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5-10 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 5-11 p.m. However, hours of operation will change on Oct. 7. The restaurant will expand to Tuesdays through Thursdays from 4:30-10 p.m., and Fridays through Sundays from 4:30-11 p.m.
