TOPEKA (KSNT) – The annual Capper Foundation Halloween party makes sure people with disabilities enjoy Halloween.
This annual Halloween party has been going on since the foundation began in 1920. Members did some trick or treating and played games.

“Sometimes it’s just not practical for everybody to be able to do these kinds of things, but we’re giving them that opportunity, and that’s the most important thing. they are able to do the same thing that any adult or any child could do.” said Sean Zears. “you see the smiles on their faces, their laughing, they’re wishing everybody a happy Halloween, it’s just a wonderful feeling.”
The Capper Foundation is a Topeka non-profit that serves nearly 2,000 families a year.
