TOPEKA (KSNT) – Work on a musical addition is underway at a Topeka school.
Ross Elementary is starting work on a Musical Garden Sculpture. It will feature Mallets and Drums that make different tones. Ross is the music magnet school of the district.
We spoke with Sarah Reese from Ross Elementary about the project.
“Music is a creative outlet for our students,” Reese said. “That is something our students really need. Helping them learn different ways to creatively express themselves and grow up in a safe and secure environment.”
