TOPEKA (KSNT) – A company requested Topeka Planning Commission to rezone 1.36 acres of undeveloped land for proposed residential development.
The company, ATA Development LLC, requested an approval to rezone the 1.36 out of the company’s parcel of 5.78 acres to change undeveloped land from commercial use to a multiple family dwelling district. A rezone of the undeveloped land would add additional residential zoning that the company already has portions of for family duplexes.
Rezoning of the undeveloped land would be at the intersection of SW Urish Road and SW 21st Street. The proposal for the rezone includes plans for 18 new duplexes on the entire residential lot.
