TOPEKA (KSNT) – Topeka police have positively identified human remains located north of the city late last year.
Kimberly Qualls with the City of Topeka said police have identified human remains recovered from an area near Grantville as belonging to 25-year-old Topeka resident Kaden Zubler. Qualls said police identified his remains through dental records.
Police were called around 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025 regarding reports of a dead body in the area of Northeast U.S. 24 Highway and Northeast Calhoun Bluff Road. Officers investigating the area located human remains.
