TOPEKA (KSNT) – Firefighters are at the scene of a house fire in southwest Topeka on Wednesday morning.
The Topeka Fire Department is responding to a reported house fire on the morning of Feb. 25 in the 2000 block of Southwest Harp Place. Fire crews are putting out a fire in a single-story home.
A 27 News reporter at the scene said firefighters were performing CPR on a dog.
Kimberly Qualls with the City of Topeka said the fire was brought under control a little before 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 25.
