CRAWFORD COUNTY, Kan. — Authorities in southeast Kansas are trying to reconnect a lost kangaroo and its owner.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office shared a picture of a kangaroo on Facebook Thursday, asking if the public had spotted the creature. The sheriff’s office said they are trying to contact the owner.

They ask residents not to approach it and to call their “official Kangaroo locator hotline” at 620-724-8274 if they see it
