TOPEKA (KSNT) – Police report a man is critically injured following a motorcycle crash in central Topeka Tuesday morning.
Kimberly Qualls with the City of Topeka told 27 News that police were called around 8:10 a.m. on April 21 to a reported injury crash at the intersection of Southwest 15th Street and Southwest Kansas Avenue. Officers learned a motorcycle had collided with a vehicle that was pulling a trailer.
First responders found the man riding the motorcycle had serious injuries. Medical personnel transported him to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries. Police continue to investigate the crash, but the intersection is now open to traffic.
