TOPEKA (KSNT) — The Combat Air Museum marked a major milestone Saturday, April 25, welcoming the community to the Topeka Regional Airport to celebrate its 50th anniversary with a full day of family‑friendly activities.
Visitors filled the museum’s hangars, exploring just under 50 aircraft and learning about the museum’s decades‑long mission to preserve military aviation history. Admission to the anniversary celebration was free, and several aircraft were open to the public, allowing families to see the planes up close and watch hands‑on demonstrations.
