TOPEKA (KSNT) — A road north of Rossville will be temporarily closed starting next Monday for repairs.
Shawnee County spokeswoman Amanda Monhollon said the closure will be on NW Carlson Road to replace a failing culvert. The work will be taking place on Carlson Road just north of where it meets Northwest 62nd Street. It will go in effect Monday and last through 3 p.m. Thursday, May 7, weather permitting.

Monhollon said the work will start on May 4 and last through to 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 7. During this time, Carlson Road will be closed to all through traffic at the work zone location. No detour will be provided.
