EMPORIA (KSNT) – Police in Emporia report a local man is injured after a woman allegedly stabbed him Wednesday afternoon.
The Emporia Police Department (EPD) reported in a press release the stabbing occurred at 2:30 p.m. on May 6 in the northeast area of the city. Officers found a 31-year-old man suffering from a cut to his back.
Medical personnel transported the man to a local hospital for treatment, but he was later taken to a different area hospital. The EPD said his current condition is unknown.
