BIG RAPIDS, MI (KSNT) — A sweep to close the weekend for the Hornets.
Emporia State volleyball (3-1) swept Purdue University Northwest (25-19, 25-15, 25-19) on Saturday to wrap the Ferris State Tournament.
Piper Bahr had a team-high 13 kills for the Hornets while Delainee Dexter had a team-high 19 assists. Lavra Krizanic had 17 digs in the win.
The Hornets stay on the road for the Sioux Falls Tournament in South Dakota beginning on Sept. 3. Emporia State will open the tournament with the hosts at 6:30 p.m.
