What We’re Tracking
- Lower humidity air
- Several sunny days
- Hotter & breezy end to the weekend
Tonight, temperatures will only fall into the upper 70s to low 80s, offering very little relief from the heat. We will remain mostly clear overnight, while south winds continue to gust near 25 mph.
Looking ahead, our next slim chance of storms arrives Sunday night into Monday morning, albeit a low chance. Any storms should be in the northwestern areas and clear early Monday, but temperatures will remain warm tonight with a low near 80°.

Monday, highs continuing in the upper 90s. Overnight lows will only fall into the middle 70s this week, leading to warm starts each morning. Dew points will also gradually increase by the end of the weekend, bringing more humidity back to the area. We are tracking a week of upper 90s ahead, well above average for late August and early September.
