What We’re Tracking
- Lower humidity air
- Several sunny days
- Hotter & breezy week
Temperatures start warmer with lows in the upper 70s and lower 80s because of our south wind at 5-10 mph. Near Highway 59, where the wind has been lighter, temperatures have gotten down into the 60s.
Another hot afternoon with temperatures in the upper 90s and lower 100s. With the dry air in place, the heat index won’t be much higher than the air temperature. South wind sticks around at 5-10 mph.
Looking at a hot and dry week ahead. Expect temperatures to hang around in the upper 90s with plenty of sun all the way through Labor Day.
