MANHATTAN (KSNT) – Little Apple cheese enthusiasts have a lot to look forward to as a new business settles into Manhattan Town Center.
Kyra Vanderbilt specialty leasing & marketing manager at Manhattan Town Center shared in a press release that a new business called The Cheese Vault is set to hold its grand opening on Saturday, Sept. 5. Vanderbilt said this new business will specialize in offering artisan cheeses and gourmet favorites at the Little Apple shopping center.
“We’re excited to welcome The Cheese Vault to Manhattan Town Center and introduce another Kansas-based business to our shoppers,” Vanderbilt said. “Specialty concepts like this bring something new and different to the shopping experience, and we think The Cheese Vault will be a fun addition to the property throughout the holiday season.”
The Cheese Vault is an outgrowth of Stumpy’s Cheese & More, based out of Topeka, that offers customers their choice of specialty cheeses and other gourmet products. Stumpy’s shared in a recent social media post that its new Manhattan location will offer any of the same popular cheeses people can find at its Topeka spot.
“This new store located inside Manhattan Town Center will carry our most popular flavors including horseradish and Bacon, smoked full cream Gouda and bacon cheddar! This store will also carry Stumpy’s snacks and Cheese along with other non smoked options you will love from other creameries!”

Manhattan locals and other visitors can find The Cheese Vault across from H&M on the east side of the shopping center.
