TOPEKA (KSNT) – The home opener for the Ichabod football team is changing due to forecasted high temperatures.
Washburn announced that its first home game against Colorado School of Mines is now set for 7:05 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5.
University officials reported that kick off time was moved due to high temperatures.
The Ichabods are coming off a road win against Truman 27-21 on Aug. 29.
