What We’re Tracking
- Few morning showers
- Cold front moves in
- Chilly by late week
A few showers this morning with temperatures in the lower 60s. A front is draped across the area giving cool, dry air to the north and warmer, moist area to the south. Expecting the cold front to push through around midday.
Rain chances continue off and on through much of today. Along with the wetter weather comes a noticeable cool-down. Temperatures will fall through the afternoon after reaching a midday high in the 60s.
Behind the cold front, a taste of fall returns. Several mornings later this week could start in the lower to middle 30s, marking one of the coolest stretches we’ve seen in quite some time. Another weak system moving through on Monday could bring us some clouds and a few showers, as well.
