ALMA (KSNT) – The Wabaunsee County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) reports that it’s working the scene of a semi vs. utility pole crash that also involved a passenger vehicle.
The WCSO reported in a social media post the multi-vehicle crash occurred at 11:42 a.m. on Aug. 20 at K-99 Highway and McFarland Road north of Alma. The WCSO encourages drivers to be mindful of road closures and temporary detours associated with the crash area.
Drivers are advised to find alternative routes north to Alma while first responders work the scene.

The sheriff’s office says the crash is not related to another deadly highway crash that happened on I-70 on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
