What We’re Tracking
- Warm, sunny end to the week
- Turning cooler, lower humidity by Sunday
- A few showers next week
The rest of the work week looks to be nice as temperatures get into the upper 80s and lower 90s with slightly more comfortable levels of humidity. For any football activities this weekend, it doesn’t get much better. High temperatures will be in the lower to middle 80s with a north wind.
Cooler air settling in for the Sunday and into the early part of next week may keep highs only in the middle to upper 70s as nighttime lows dip into the 50s for a nice break from the heat. Humidity will stay on the lower end.
Initially, best rain chances will be over western Kansas, but we could see a few scattered showers move east into our region by the middle of next week, as well.
