TOPEKA (KSNT) – A new Mexican restaurant is now open and serving central Topeka locals.
Pancho’s Mexican Food announced on social media that it has opened a new location in the Capital City at 514 Southwest 10th Avenue. The new restaurant officially opened its doors to the public on Monday, Sept. 1.

Pancho’s restaurants serve up food that is a mix of Mexican and California-style food. People can find shrimp fajitas, Mexican chorizo plates, burritos, carne asada and more.
