TOPEKA (KSNT) – A regional grocery chain is offering some customers a discount for one day at the start of October.
Older shoppers at Dillons can take advantage of a one-day 10% off discount on Wednesday, Oct. 1. To qualify, customers must be 55 or older and request the discount to be applied to their groceries at checkout.
“At Dillons, we’re committed to helping our customers stretch their budgets while still enjoying fresh, affordable food,” said Sheila Regehr, Dillons spokesperson. “Whether it’s added points on Fridays or savings with a digital coupon, everyone loves a good meal and a good deal. That’s why we’re excited to bring back our one-day Senior Day discount—now with even bigger savings at 10% off.”
The Dillons discount applies to a multitude of items such as produce and household essentials. However, products like postage stamps, gift cards, prescriptions, tobacco, fuel, alcohol and other items are not included in the discount.
