KANSAS (KSNT) – KSNT 27 News came home with eight first place finishes at the Kansas Association of Broadcasters “Excellence in Broadcasting” Awards Dinner on Oct. 6.
Our first place finishes include:
- Excellence in Multimedia/Digital Promotional or Commercial Announcements: “Everything Woman” by Eileen McCaffrey and Tracy Smith.
- This special segment highlights women whose achievements and contributions might otherwise go unrecognized. These women go above and beyond, doing great things in the communities they serve.
- Prime Newscast: “Faith and Fury at the Capitol” by the 27 News Team.
- 27 News’ exclusive coverage of the satanic ritual conducted by Satanic Grotto. The ritual ignited a heated debate over freedom of speech and expression.
- Recurring Program: “Inside Kansas Politics” by Rebekah Chung, Rob Hughes and Joshua Irsik.
- Our weekly political show hosted by Rebekah Chung and Rob Hughes.
- Special Program: “Cracking the Crisis” by Rebekah Chung.
