TOPEKA (KSNT) – People can start buying tickets for a special light display at the Topeka Zoo for the upcoming winter season.
The Topeka Zoo & Conservation Center announced on Oct. 21 that tickets are now on sale for its Zoo Lights display, presented by Evergy. This year marks the sixth season for the annual celebration.
Zoo Lights regularly draws in many visitors to the zoo who want to be get into the mood for the holiday season by seeing the nighttime light displays. People can enjoy the setup starting on Nov. 21 and through to Dec. 31. Specials will also be held every Wednesday along with on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
- Ticket prices.
- Adults – $14.
- Children (ages three to 12) – $9.
- Older adults (60-years-old and older) – $9.
- Children under two-years-old – free.
The theme for this year is Holidays Around The World, Guests can visit up to seven zones around the zoo that reflect the varying traditions and decorations of different cultures from around the world.
