The company submitted its site plan on Oct. 24; the plan number is SP-25-0038. According to the online portal, the plan is 33% completed.
The proposed store will be located northwest of George Williams Way and Mercato Drive, according to the city. The nearest intersection will be Sixth Street and K-10, just south of Rock Chalk Park.
Earlier this year, FOX4 reported that a Costco store could also be coming to Lee’s Summit.
