TOPEKA (KSNT) – The owners of a golf driving range and putt-putt course are selling their property near Lake Sherwood in Topeka.
Real estate broker Cole Boling with KW One Legacy Partners, LLC is a co-owner of Corner21 Co Sports at 7523 Southwest 21st St. in Topeka. The property, which some may know as Safari Golf, is currently up for sale at just under $1.5 million.
Boling said his family has owned and operated the property for the past couple years after acquiring it from the original owners who started it up around 30 years ago. He said the entire property consists of 16.5 acres with about 1700 feet of road frontage that could be developed later with plenty of flat space present.
“Its fantastic property located at 21st and Indian Hills,” Boling said.

The property is noteworthy in that it is the Capital City’s oldest and longest-running driving range. Other highlights of the property include its batting cages and putt-putt course.
“It’s an extremely rare property that has never really come on the open market,” Boling said.
The owners of Corner21 Co Sports have chosen to sell the property due to health complications with Boling’s father, who is recovering from recent surgical operations. Following these medical operations, the family decided it was time to pass the torch to someone else.
“It basically came back on me handling everything and it became too much for me to handle,” Boling said.
Boling said he foresees the property potentially undergoing significant development and transforming into something else. He said the property could be turned into residential housing, retail or become the home of an indoor gun range or sports venue. You can view the property listing online by clicking here.
