TOPEKA (KSNT) – A crash involving more than one vehicle blocked traffic on a Topeka area highway Friday.
First responders were at the scene of a crash first reported around 11 a.m. on May 8 a short distance west of the intersection of Highway 24 and Northwest Rochester Road. The crash was in the westbound lanes of the highway.
Kimberly Qualls with the City of Topeka said the crash involved three vehicles. First responders transported one person to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The scene is clear as of 12:50 p.m., and traffic has returned to normal.
