What We’re Tracking
- Mild overnight weather
- Plenty of sun, warming through the week
- No chance for rainfall
Temperatures vary this morning. We have drier air towards the Kansas-Nebraska border so lows have dipped down into the upper 40s and lower 50s. It’s a bit warmer the further south you go where more humid air remains.
Highs this afternoon will reach the middle to upper 80s as our north wind fades out and becomes a south wind at 5-10 mph.
Looking ahead, rain chances remain non-existent through next week, with plenty of sunshine and comfortable fall weather sticking around. Dew points come up slightly, which will create a little more humid feel to the air as we get a little less comfortable, but nothing too bad.
However, we head back into the middle to upper 80s for the weekend with dry weather. There is a slight chance for showers by next Tuesday as our next storm system moves our way.
