What We’re Tracking
- Storm chances for Monday
- Drying out Tuesday
- Cooler by the middle of the week
The main round of this storm system arrives today and will last through early Tuesday, bringing additional rain chances along with cooler temperatures. Rounds of showers and storms are expected throughout the day with brief breaks in between each round. The window for severe storms looks to be in the afternoon to evening hours on Monday.

The rain is expected to be over as we get to about noon on Tuesday. After the clouds move out Tuesday afternoon, cooler air builds in. Morning lows will drop back into the 40s, while afternoon highs remain in the 60s. It seems that after Tuesday we will return to another consistent pattern, this time in the middle to upper 60s most of next week.
