What We’re Tracking

  • Sunny start to Tuesday
  • Strong storms Tuesday early evening
  • Additional storm chances through the week

Mostly clear and pleasant tonight with temperatures dipping into the lower to middle 50s by early Tuesday morning. For Tuesday, we will see highs climb into the lower to middle 80s with dew points in the lower to middle 60s. This fuels another chance for thunderstorms starting with a front moving through late Tuesday afternoon and evening.

Additional storm chances are expected Wednesday and Thursday as another upper level system moves through. Some of the storms, at times, could become strong or even severe. Both for tomorrow and Wednesday, the greatest concerns will be large hail and damaging wind gusts. However, isolated tornadoes are possible where storms can stay more isolated in nature.

By Friday, our storm chances start to wind down a bit as temperatures drop back into the lower to middle 70s. The weekend looks to be a bit quieter, which should be nice! We’ll have mostly sunny skies, and temperatures in the middle 70s. Our weather pattern stays relatively active though, so we’ll be monitoring for isolated storms by Sunday again.
