LA Councilman Indicted on Conspiracy, Bribery, Fraud Charges

A Democrat on the Los Angeles City Council has been hit with a 20-count federal indictment alleging conspiracy, bribery and fraud, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California announced Wednesday night.
