What We’re Tracking

  • Big warm-up the rest of the week
  • Pleasant Easter weekend
  • Showers and storms by early next week

We will see even warmer weather by the end of the week with highs in the middle 70s likely as our winds pick up even more out of the south through Friday afternoon. Wind gusts for tomorrow may be as high as 30-35mph for some before a weak front moves through later Friday evening.

Despite the front, the upcoming weekend looks rather pleasant. Highs on Saturday look to make it into the upper 60s, and by Sunday we may make it up into the lower to middle 70s! Rain chances look pretty slim through this time. Overall, Easter weekend is looking pretty nice for egg hunts and outdoor church services!

Slightly better rain chances may hold off until late Sunday and into Monday, and may increase through the first half of next week. There may be a couple isolated showers or storms later Sunday evening, but a better chance for storms arrives through the day Monday. Showers may linger through the morning on Tuesday before cooler air settle in.

That next push of chilly weather doesn’t stick around for too long, though. We should be back in the mid 60s by the middle of next week.
