TOPEKA (KSNT) – Thousands of customers in northeast Kansas may wake up without power.

Evergy was hit the hardest. There are currently 95 power outages impacting over 3,400 customers in northeast Kansas and parts of northwest Missouri, according to the Evergy Outage Map.

Some FreeState electric customers are also being impacted. The FreeState Electric Outage Map showed 217 individuals without power in Jefferson County. Across the state, Free State Electric reports nearly 400 customers without power.

Bluestem Electric is also reporting power outages in the Pottawatomie and Wabaunsee areas. Bluestem Electric is reporting over 2,500 power outages in Pottawatomie County and close to 1,000 without power in Wabaunsee and Washington counties. In total Bluestem Electric is reporting 7,455 customers without power in Kansas, according to the Bluestem Electric Outage Map.
