TOPEKA (KSNT) – A lot of progress has been made on the house for Topeka’s St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway!
The walls on the inside and outside of the house have begun being painted. A lot of landscape work is being done on the outside as well.
“We’re getting ready to put in the irrigation, sod, plants, and trees,” Danny Reynolds, a landscaper working on the house said. “Landscaping should be done I’d say within a week.”
The home, located in Sherwood Park, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an estimated 2,200 square feet. It also has an entertainer’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry, dry bar in the dining nook, a designated office space and a walk-in primary closet with private laundry. Tours of the home will also be given from July 12 to July 28 the following time frames:
- Fridays: 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sundays: Noon to 4 p.m.
