As another system passes through late tonight and into early tomorrow morning, we may see a few more storms move through the area during the overnight hours. While the threat for severe weather shouldn’t be as widespread as what we saw yesterday, a couple cells may get strong enough to produce some large hail after 10:00pm tonight.

Noticeably cooler weather settles in by the end of the week as our winds shift out of the north by early Thursday. A few lingering showers may be possible behind the front tomorrow, and winds will be breezy again with gusts around 30-35mph out of the north and west. Highs on Thursday will only reach the lower 60s, at best, because of this.

After Thursday’s system, we look to dry out for a few days apart from an isolated shower early Saturday. We should be mostly sunny by Sunday, though. Highs for the end of the week and through the weekend will likely be in the upper 50s to lower 60s with overnight lows back in the upper 30s!

By early next week, we do warm back up close to 70° for Monday and Tuesday as our winds shift back around to the south. Our next decent chance for rain may end up holding off until late Tuesday and into Wednesday.
