Utah Governor Gary Herbert has proposed a bill to officially declare Pornography as a “Health Hazard”.  There is some science to support the Republican Governor’s claims, detailed here, in a Washington Post article from April 8th.  However, Governor Herbert’s plans to sign the bill would be the first legislation of its kind.  It will be interesting to see the trickle down effect this legislation has in other red states, such as Kansas.  If Governor Herbert is able to pass this legislation, it could be a means of making big changes to many states.  Get the full story on what is happening in Utah here.
