After reviewing internal federal documents, CBS News’ Camilo Montoya-Galvez reported Tuesday that Biden wants “refugee status” for certain Gazans.

This designation “offers beneficiaries permanent residency, resettlement benefits like housing assistance, and a path to American citizenship.”
