Although Republicans have not held the governor’s office in New Jersey since 2018, GOP candidate for governor, Jack Ciattarelli, told Newsmax on Tuesday that he is “confident” his party is “going to deliver a win this time around.”
“I’m all about who controls New Jersey, and that’s what this race is all about. But we’re in a very commanding position. We’ll finish strong here over the last seven days of the primary. Today’s the first day of early voting and then on to victory in November. And I’m confident we’re going to deliver a win this time around,” Ciattarelli said during an appearance on “National Report.”
Correspondent Christina Thompson asked Ciattarelli at the Edison Diner what the endorsement of President Donald Trump means for his campaign.
