President Donald Trump told reporters on Tuesday that he would “take a look” at possibly arresting former Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over his actions during the Biden administration that led to nearly 10 million migrants entering the U.S. illegally.

Blaze Media’s Julio Rosas preemptively called Mayorkas’ handling of the U.S. border “disastrous” and then asked, “Why hasn’t [Mayorkas] been arrested yet? Obviously, you guys are cleaning out the mess that was made deliberately the past four years, and people want accountability. It’s great to see the border is secured, and it’s great to see the state-level cooperation, but I want to ask you why hasn’t he been held accountable, or anybody?”

Trump then asked whether Mayorkas was given a pardon, to which the reporter responded, “I don’t believe so.”
